disturbed teens who have been removed from public schools because
of their challenging behaviors. Instructed students in academics,
socialization, vocational preparation and independent living.
Met with families/case managers regularly to discuss their child's
progress. Trained and supervised six diverse classroom staff.

and implemented an integrated behavior management system where
number of students' physical outbursts significantly decreased.

Teen Apprentice Program and Clown Therapy - Make*A*Circus,
San Francisco, CA
Transformed two well conceived, but disorganized, programs into
smooth running operations by infusing structure into them. Hired
and supervised teachers, administered program budget, planned
training workshops, wrote program and job descriptions, developed
evaluations, edited nationally distributed training handbook
and cultivated ongoing communication with local social service
agencies.
